Orbital Recruitment was founded in 2001 with the first office being in Derby. The Company was and is still run by the original Director's who all came from a recruitment background. Whilst primarily specialsing in the industrial, unskilled sector we also cover the commercial and engineering market.
We have always worked by listening to our customers, finding out their needs and offering a bespoke, personalised service.
Our second branch in Mansfield opened in 2005, this allowed us to break into the Nottinghamshire area and expand our business.
The major growth over recent years has been our expansion into on-site operations. We have an Orbital prescence at numerous locations primarily throughout the Midalnds and Wales.
We are GLA certified, members of the REC and we are an Investors In People employer. We have recently passed a REC audit gaining a 100% accreditation.
Having celebrated our 10th year anniversary, we look forward to the challenges ahead and continuing our growth and expansion.
