We have used the services of Orbital Recruitment for over two years now. Orbital mainly supply us with Labourers to help on our day and night shifts. We have had some great success with Orbital workers and have been able to take people on permanently using their temp to perm facility.
Orbital Recruitment has a number of services that save Tarmac Topfloor time and therefore make them an efficient supplier to use. Orbital supply a mini bus service, this means I can have staff delivered to my door as and when required. Orbital ensure all temps are reference checked and have the correct Identification required for them to work on site at Tarmac.
Orbital have also overcome many problems through the introduction of Video Inductions. Not only was this service free but it was done by the Orbital team and so did not take any of my time and had no implications on production. This facility aims to help with staff retention as it gives the new worker chance to be honest if they feel the job is not for them.
