The retention of staff and low levels of attendance are important factors within our industry. To aid retention we have an innovative approach to the recruitment process.  We ensure all workers are thoroughly briefed prior to arriving for work.  We offer a FREE facility whereby we film the job the worker will be undertaking. All potential workers are shown the video induction away from their place of work.
