Following consultation with a broad selection of our clients, Orbital Recruitment undertook research into the feasibility of recruiting staff directly from Wroclaw in Poland.
In 2006 we sent Orbital representatives to the city to market the company and its services, and recruit skilled / semi skilled production workers. This initiative proved to be extremely successful and the positive feedback influenced our decision to create a team of International Consultants to resource labour for our customers in the UK.
Orbital engages in the full lifecycle of the process of recruiting overseas staff. We work closely with the client to determine their requirements and identify where the skills shortages lie. Having established a full job and personal specification, we design an advertising campaign to attract the highest caliber of applicants.
The International Consultants then undertake to meet the most suitable candidates, holding preliminary interviews and discussing the available roles in greater detail. Candidates can then be matched to appropriate positions, providing they are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. The client is then presented with a shortlist of suitable applicants.
This service is tailored according to the preferences of the client, e.g. not all clients choose to receive a shortlist, and will instead, ask Orbital to conduct all pre-screening measures and select the most suitable candidate(s).
