At Orbital we fully appreciate the increased demands and challenges that our clients face on a day to day basis.
To counteract these problems we offer an onsite facility whereby our staff offer help and support to eliminate these difficulties.
We offer assistance in relation to selection, recruitment and management of staff, payroll issues, employment law, administration and inductions. The onsite partnership is a bespoke service geared to the demands of your business.
We offer a 4 phase implementation process to ensure all staffing needs run smoothly and effectively.
Phase 1
Undertake a full business service review which gives us an insight into your working practices and on-site requirements.
Phase 2
We will present a report including a full cost analysis and a working strategy that meets the needs of your business. Once we have agreed a way forward will we draw up a service level agreement including KPI’s.
Phase 3
We begin the practical implantation of the onsite service at the third stage. We will introduce our management team, our service team and start to integrate our agreed working methods and procedures.
Phase 4
The final stage of implementation is a continual review process. We will put in place auditing procedures to ensure we comply with our agreed service levels.
