"Go for it and get stuck in!"

Having been made redundant from my previous job I decided to sign up with Orbital Recruitment. At first I was reluctant to join an agency as did not know what to expect. From my initial interview with Orbital they accommodated my needs and found me work immediately.

They offered me a temporary opportunity with The Linney Group in Mansfield. Although I had never worked in the printing industry it opened the door to an industry that I became really interested in and wanted to further my career in. Initially the contract only offered me limited hours but I was encouraged by Orbital and Linneys that if I showed commitment and hard work a permanent opportunity may come along. They were right! I have now been given a fantastic permanent job working within a highly reputable company within the industry.

If I had to advise anyone thinking of joining Orbital Recruitment I would say just go for it and get stuck in as you never know what might happen.

I started work with Orbital Recruitment as a temporary member of staff at the Linney Group.

During that time I learnt many new skills in both Linney Print and Linney Direct. Orbital always made sure I was enjoying my work and pushed me to better myself. They encouraged me to get trained on as many machines as possible so I would be multi skilled.

I am now working full time in Linney Print and have much appreciation for all the staff at Orbital Recruitment. They always supported my decisions at work and helped me every step of the way towards securing my new career in the printing business.
